Our claim submission process:

CFS and the insurance broker will receive a copy of the claim form.

The aligned broker registers and submits the claim.

03.

The insurance company will provide feedback to the aligned broker once the claim has been registered.

04.

The aligned brokers will notify CFS who will keep the unit owner up to date on the status of the claim.

CFS will follow up on the claim from start to finish and arrange for unit owners to receive their claim refund.
